Abstract:

This study evaluates key quality parameters of a sample product based on moisture content, glucose and fructose levels, hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) content, purity, and sensory rating. The results indicate that the moisture content remains within the acceptable limit (<20%), averaging 18.7%. The glucose and fructose contents fall within the standard range (30%-40%), averaging 34.7% and 32.8%, respectively. The HMF content, a freshness indicator, is well below the threshold of 40 mg/kg, with an average of 16.7 mg/kg. Purity levels remain high, averaging 99.7%, closely approaching the ideal 100%. Sensory evaluation scores fall within the acceptable range (7-9), with an overall rating of 8. These results confirm that the tested samples meet standard quality benchmarks, ensuring product integrity and consumer acceptability.
